Common questions

I bought the unlock on another device. How do I get it back?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Where is my data stored?
Everything (worries, session history, settings) lives only on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes the data.

The haptics feel weak or missing.
Check that System Haptics are enabled in iOS Settings > Sounds & Haptics, and that Silent Mode isn't reducing feedback. Haptics also pause while Low Power Mode is on.

Can I use the app without sound?
Yes. The ambient sound is optional and the breathing guidance works fully through visuals and haptics.
